In this project, our primary goal was to leverage community engagement feedback to inform the design development for the existing community center in the Kent community. The key objectives included enhancing the parking area, redesigning the center’s entrance, and incorporating external playgrounds. By aligning the project with community input, we aimed to create a more user-centric and functional space that caters to the specific needs and preferences of the Kent community. This approach not only fosters a sense of ownership among community members but also ensures that the center becomes a valuable asset in promoting community well-being and engagement.
