In this project analysis, the primary objective was to assist WCMA in recognizing the untapped potential of their New Community Center. The goal was to propose a strategic and engaging approach for community involvement while emphasizing a phased development strategy. This phased approach aimed to align with WCMA’s short-term objectives and lay the foundation for achieving their long-term vision.
